This Sequoia National Park Poster I created using color shapes. I balanced the bold san serif typography of the title with a nice san serif font to give this poster a "National Park Aesthetic". I choose to stick with the darker shades of brown for the type to balance out the contrast through the top and bottom of the poster. This allows the viewer's eye to go from the top of the poster, through the artwork, down to the white snow at the bottom to read the dark text.
